can anyone tell me why it is that when you blow into a dogs face they dont like it and snap… but when they are in a moving car, they stick their head out the window!?

To what extent are human behaviors, ideas, and feelings, innate, and to what extent are they all learned? I would be interested to hear peoples views on this ongoing controversial issue, particularly in reference to childhood development.
